Pest control, on the plan
Your technicians scan traps by QR, log bait and GPS in the field. Your clients see proof of coverage on the plan — and sign it off.
Built for Malaysian commercial sites — factories, malls, hospitals and food service. Rebuilt from a system already running in the field.

Workflow · four steps
First site online in one sitting
Upload each level's plan as an image and enter its real size in metres, so distances on the plan are true.
Input: PNG · JPG · WEBP
Add traps to each level with bait tier and GPS point. Print QR labels — one sheet per level.
Output: A4 label sheet
In the mobile app, scan the QR at the trap. The server checks the phone is within the geofence, then records bait and photo.
Sync: works offline
You review the visit. Your client gets a magic link — no login — sees every trap and photo, and ticks it complete.
Status: client confirmed
Features
See each level in 3D with every trap coloured by status. Hot zones are obvious at a glance, not buried in a table of hundreds of rows.
A scan is only accepted within the trap's geofence — checked on the server, not the phone. No visit can be logged from the van.
Basements, cold rooms and thick concrete: the app keeps working and syncs when signal returns, never losing or duplicating a scan.
Facility managers open a magic link — no account — to see traps, photos and the plan, then confirm the job.
Basement, loading bay, mezzanine, rooftop: each level has its own plan and traps. Move traps between levels in bulk.
Clients, levels, traps, technicians and every visit live together, with printable QR sheets and your own letterhead on reports.

Q&A
The mobile app keeps each scan on the phone — QR, bait amount, photo, GPS — and uploads when signal returns. Each scan is keyed to its task and trap, so a re-sync never duplicates and never deletes anything before the server has confirmed it.
Yes. Export the plan as PNG, JPG or WEBP and upload it to the level, then enter the real width and depth in metres. That scale is what makes distances on the 3D view true.
No. When you approve a visit, the client contact receives a magic link. They open it on desktop or phone, see every trap and photo, and tick the job complete — no password.
Each building or property is one client site with its own levels and traps. A chain with ten outlets is ten sites. Talk to us for volume arrangements.
